Kühl BLDC Technology

 

BLDC stands for Brush Less Direct Current. In BLDC motors, there is no internal friction hence, they are more efficient. Moreover, BLDC motors generate less heat and have longer life span.

The biggest advantage of BLDC motors is that they have low power consumption. Kühl BLDC fans consume only one third power as compared to traditional induction fans that are based on induction motor technology. A typical induction fan consumes around 80 watts of power whereas a Kühl BLDC fan consumes only 28 watts of power at full speed. This means that there are energy savings of up to 65 percent in Kühl BLDC fans.

Low Noise Kühl Fans

 

 

Traditional induction fans make very high noise to achieve higher air flow, the fans operate at high RPM which results in chopping/cutting of air. Moreover, induction motors are itself noisy when they operate.

High Air Flow Kühl Fans

 

Kühl BLDC fans have aerodynamically designed blades which ensure optimum aerodynamics and high air flow in every corner of the room.

 

Traditional induction fans have simple blades due to which they throw air only below the fan and do not spread it evenly around the room.

Wi-fi Enabled

 

Kühl BLDC fans are Wi-fi enabled that helps users control their fans using Kühl mobile application on their Android & IOS phones.

The mobile application supports basic features like controlling Speed, Down Light, Night Light, Timer & Sleep Mode. Some of the advance features like Scheduled On/Off are also supported via mobile application to add ease to your daily life.

 

Multiple fans can also be controlled using the mobile application. Moreover, control of the fan can be shared amongst different family members which makes it easier to operate the fan anytime and from anywhere.

Alexa/Voice Enabled

Kühl BLDC fans are also a voice enabled and can be controlled through Amazon Alexa. They support English, Hindi & Hinglish Languages.

• Alexa，set the (fan name) speed to 1
• Alexa，turn up (fan name) speed

Down and Night Light

Kühl BLDC fans have Downlight and Night Light feature to beautify the interior décor of your home. The lights can be operated without the fan being used. Moreover, the colour of the downlight can be changed between white, warm white and yellow as per the mood. The colour of the night light is fixed as white.

Remote Operated

 

Most of Kühl BLDC fans are remote operated. In such fans the fan regulator is by passed or set at maximum. Using the remote, the user can control the Speed, Timer and Sleep Mode of the fan. Even the Downlight and Night light can be operated via the remote.

Regulator Operated

Kühl BLDC fans (Kühl Prima - A, A2) also work with already installed fan regulators in the houses.
